Short version: if you paid and never launched the club, we'll refund you. Once it's live, we won't.
Paid, but never launched. If you bought a plan or a series instalment and the Book Club it applies to has never been published to readers, email us and we'll refund it in full.
Once the club is live, no refund. Publishing is the point at which readers can join, redeem Page Keys, and start reading. From then on the plan has done what you bought it for, and the year is not refundable — including if you later unpublish, delete the club, or simply stop using it.
Everything you pay for is delivered the moment you publish: the club opens, keys become redeemable, the public page goes up, readers start arriving. There is no gradual consumption to pro-rate against — so we draw the line at the one event that is unambiguous, visible to both of us, and recorded to the second.
It also means you can build the whole thing first. Draft the club, paste the chapters, set the reading schedule, write the guide, preview it as a reader — and decide at the very last step. Nothing about the decision has to be rushed.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not refund the year you are in. Your club stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, so your readers are never cut off mid-book by a billing date.
This policy is about changing your mind, not about us failing. If you were charged twice, charged for something you did not buy, or the product did not do what we said it does, that is not a refund request — it is a mistake, and we will fix it. Write to support@apageaday.co and tell us what happened.
Email support@apageaday.co from the address on the account and say which title it is about. Refunds go back to the original card and typically take five to ten working days to appear, depending on your bank.
